More spaceart experimentation. Trying to get the hang of things piece by piece. I am really struggling with nebulas and space details at the moment. Thought I'd try a slight more complex starfield and some planet texturing.

personnally, i prefer the starfield in Alter more than this one. this one seems a little to forced. it looks more natural (to me anyways) when there are spaces of darkness, and not stars in every space. but the flare is so amazing i feel like i should squint my eyes! lol beautiful job! :clap:

The starfield doesn't exacty match the lighting and such. The planets rock though, and are totally cool :)

The planets and overall lightning are quite good, but the starfield is a bit simple, but you´re on the way :)

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the starfield either. Thanks for the compliments on the planets and lighting though. That main planet took me a good 4 hours of tinkering around.

The planets look awesome [nice work], but the stars look like . . . well, I dunno if you've ever worked in a darkroom before, but the stars look like what you get when you've got dust on your negative. Just completely out of place.

Nice work on the planets, though :)
